General terms and conditions (GTC)
for construction contracts:
Deposit and order confirmation:
a. The customer undertakes to make a deposit of 10% of the total order value upon order confirmation.
b. If the order includes an Architect, then 50% of the architect cost have to pay with the order confirmation.
c. The order confirmation will only take place after receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation by the customer:
a. In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, the company reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
b. The deposit serves as compensation for advance work, planning and the reservation of resources.
a. There will be no refund of the deposit in the event of cancellation by the customer.
b. The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation.
Changes to the order:
a. Changes to the original order after order confirmation may result in additional costs.
b. The deposit only covers the originally agreed scope.
